Relaxation Massage
A gentle and effective soothing full body massage using oil. This massage helps to release stress and tight muscles and includes a deep sense of relaxation while improving circulation and easing away muscular aches and pains.
Hot Coconut Oil Massage
A relaxing massage using hot Coconut oil to further warm up the muscles allowing the therapist to massage away muscle tension. A deep sense of relaxation helps to relieve stress and anxiety leaving you relaxed and calm.
Deep Tissue Thai Massage
Thai massage works the body’s deep tissue using firm strokes and thumb pressure as well as stretching techniques. This massage will focus on releasing the blockage and bringing back to balance your energy lines. Very useful in relieving muscle tension, increasing flexibility and improving energy flow.
Deep Tissue Signature Combination Massage
This is our signature massage which combines Thai Massage and Aromatherapy style of relaxation massage into a uniquely blended massage that is specially designed to soothe tense muscles and joints. Thai Herb Massage
Thai Hot Herbal Massage is a natural product of Thai herbs, specially designed to help relieve muscle pains, aches and tension and increase blood circulation. The aroma from Thai herbs provides both physical and mental relaxation. The herbs used provide a very relaxing effect on the muscles of the body. It is a more remedial type of massage.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is different to a relaxation massage. Hot stone Massage uses heated smooth, flat stones, which are placed on key points on the body.
The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body. The hot stones are usually made of basalt, a type of rock that is rich in iron, so they retain heat. River rocks are normally used because they are so smooth – they have been smoothed over time by the river’s current.
The stones are immersed in water and heated in an electric heating device until they are within a certain temperature range. The stones may be placed at specific points on the back, in the palms of the hand, or between the toes.
The heat warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system. Many people find the warmth of the hot stones to be comforting and get it for relaxation. The heat from the hot stones relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist to work the muscles without using deep pressure.

Foot Massage
Thai Foot Massage / reflexology is the application of pressure onto particular areas of the soles of the feet. A reflex action in another part of the body is stimulated by the manipulation of each specific area. Thai Foot Massage incorporates the use of hands, fingers, thumbs, knuckles, and a rounded wooden stick with lotion or oil. The leg and calf is also massaged during this very relaxing and revitialising treatment.
Cupping ( Add on to compliment Massage modalities)
Cupping is a traditional Chinese practice using glass suction cups on the skin, which rids the body of toxins through the skin and muscles. A partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin either by means of heat or suction. This draws up the underlying tissues. When the cup is left in place on the skin for a few minutes, blood stasis is formed and localized healing takes place.
Cupping therapy has been further developed as a means to open the 'Meridians' of the body. Meridians are the conduits in the body through which energy flows to every part of the body and through every organ and tissue. There are five meridians on the back that, when opened, allow invigorating energy to travel the whole length of the body. It has been found that cupping is probably the best way of opening those meridians.
